Global Management Consulting Group was introduced to us by our Accounting firm to help us get a grip on tightening up our overhead expenses.

He then set about reducing our fixed labor cost of two full time shifts with lots of overtime and reducing it to only one shift, limited overtime, and a much reduced fixed labor force. Our labor savings for the 9 month period of February thru November of 2006 is in excess of $250K.
